Sexually Harrassed!!!!

I unfortunately had the experience of needing to get an alignment on my work vehicle this week and my boss made an appointment with Hibdon Tires Plus, as they were the soonest appointment available. When I arrived, I was greeted by an employee who was working the front counter.

I let him know I had an appointment for an alignment and he took my key and we walked out to the car. I drive a camera car for a repo company, so the car has cameras on the trunk. The employee made a comment about them, so I explained what they were. He proceeds to tell me what a bada** I am, and is dropping f bombs the entire time we're talking.

I ignore it, and we continue back inside and I walked to the waiting area and have a seat to wait. Once they get the car on the lift, they tell me it's pretty bad so I start to call my boss and see what he wants to do when this employee sits down beside me. After I'm off the phone and let them know what my boss says, this employee proceeds to make a comment about my ear gauges. He then says they are sexy and at this point I text my husband that this guy's making me uncomfortable so he comes and sits with me until the car is done.

Once the car is done, I tell him I'll be fine, I just need to call my boss so he can pay and I'll be out of there. Well, I was wrong. I got the counter and was waiting for him to get the card reader ready so I could call my boss when he leans over the counter slightly and says "what did the *** say to the p**sy??" And I stood there for a minute and was all "what???" While trying to comprehend what he just said. He laughs and shakes his head, then looks at me and says it again.

Out of shock I say "what?" And his response is "don't make me come in there." At this point I'm so uncomfortable I don't know what to do or say so I immediately call my boss and make him pay so I can leave. This is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior and should never be acceptable. I have called the manager and when I told him what happened, his reply was "I know who you're talking about and I'll take care of it." Like, it's happened before so how is he still working there?! I have been in contact with corporate, but this is absolutely unacceptable and people need to be aware!!

He has access to home addresses, names, phone numbers and no telling what else. Something needs to be done!!!

I have already contacted Hibdon corporate, but I have not heard anything back. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and I have been in contact with an attorney.

Well they had some subservient tires they were brand new they were unaware that these tires were defective. The lug nuts on them were Ford's fault and there was a lawsuit against Ford for these lug nuts but somebody dropped it. What it was is they put lug nuts on that could not be removed without bending the covers all up and tearing up the lug nuts as they were swelling beyond usage. So I could not even get my car up to hibdon's to get it fixed. My roadside couldn't get the tires off without tearing up the lug nuts we couldn't do that. Well hibdon's manager got together and they did pay for the tow to be in to the local area office. They also put four brand new tires and four brand new sets of lug nuts on my car so that I would be back on the road and in good shape again for nothing as they guaranteed and they did live up to the guarantee better than any place I have seen so far. They actually helped me with a Ford problem also or I would have had to drive off with no lug nuts and no lock. Now the tires their self they were busting in areas that were not safe they had little bumps and they were not caused from anything but the tires just not being what they should have been. They were Bridgestone tires and I have bought a couple of sets from them. As I've had one flat at a time and have bought this car in 2018 and have kept it in perfect shape so every time a tire would go flat basically a nail would be in it and they would fix it at the dealer well I got tired of going to the dealer and started using hibdon's and I'm glad I did because they actually are the ones that did the fixing of the tire when Ford should have done it since it's their lug nuts, at least that obligation should have been fixed by the Ford dealership but they did not hibdon did it all so I'm very grateful to them and I'm very grateful for their customer service at this point I have nothing bad to say about them anymore.

User's recommendation: If you have any problem at all just talk to the area managers they will start the process and just demand that you want corporate and before they really take you to corporate they want to try to help you so I would insist on talking to corporate and try to work out what's going on with the area manager that would be my first steps.

Don’t go there

I went in to get a tire fixed in Norman. Girl at the counter told me since I used a fix a flat(to get there) they could not repair the tire. Went down the street to Discount Tire, they fixed it, no problem. And for free. Hibdon sucks. Side note to Hibdon, we have 5 cars. Guess where we will always buy our tires?

Got oil change today , didnt check my tires which needed air, didnt turn the oil change required back, even I asked if all that was taken care of !!! Such lies and ripp of, payed to much money for !!! Been going there for a long time and now I wont return any more !!! And RUDE as well

I have all my tires repaired at hibdon's after I quit going to my dealership and I do both it's just I have recently had to purchase a whole new set, one at a time from Hidden's. I did not realize it, but all four of my tires had road hazard, one of them exploded on me. My lug nuts were stripped, so I couldn't even have it towed in.

User's recommendation: Get in touch with area manager first, tell them what happened then go to customer service and ask for Sheena in a Tulsa area office they will not give you corporate you have to go through these issues first and then they will eventually get you back to the main manager at the store to help you

I had bad tires on my car they sold me four subservient tires that had road hazard damage on them that did not show until almost 1 year after I had purchased them. User's recommendation: Converse with them they did everything to correct me they put four new tires on my car when I did not realize that all four were bad they also put four new sets of lug nuts on as they had stripped them and they did not realize I had a lug nut key it was in the seat their gentleman sit on it so they gave me actually two new sets of lug nuts but they put the whole new set with the locks on and I said okay that'll work and I'm done everything's corrected perfectly and if a company will do that and he crow like that this is an excellent company just ask for James at the tinker diagonal in Oklahoma City or the area manager there or talk to Sheena she's their customer service these people will make it right I'm telling you I haven't seen such great customer service in a long time

I have used them for 5 years. I've been loyal and thought they were taking care of me where I was safe as I am a gig driver.

I pulled in my driveway come back out my tire is flat. Roadside comes tell me I have two defective tires they cannot change.

The issue is resolved because they went out of their way to make sure I was on the road safe and sound again I mean out of their way. Not only did they replace the two tires that were showing road hazard but they replaced all four tires with brand new tires.

Mentioned they had stripped my lug nuts well they also gave me a website to where Ford is being sued for the lug nut situation. I went there and of course Ford got out of it they just missed it against them but that's okay I'm going to hire cortis I'm a paralegal. But what they did was they had broke my lug nuts off they had stripped them in the first place so I could not get my car up there to them without it having to be completely towed first they didn't want to do it but they had to it was road hazard I was not giving up I drive for a living. Well they didn't see the lug nut as I gave it to their toe person he put it in the seat and they said on it so they put on lug nuts after they strip the old ones off that did not lock well I called them looking for my lug nut they told me I did not have one I said yes or I certainly do so I told him where I got out of my car real quick and I started looking everywhere and I found it in a seat in the crack and I said you guys were setting on my lug nut lock.

He said ma'am this is James he's an assistant manager and also there is Sheena she works out of the Tulsa store she's excellent customer service and then we've got our area manager who is awesome but they took care of this they bought me some new lug nuts put new lug nuts lock and all on all four tires replaced all four tires put me back on the road towed my car in for me because I have roadside through many of my gig jobs but they wouldn't touch it because they could not break the lug nuts off and they would not be responsible.

Well once I got the information to them correctly they got on it and in two days everything was completely handled I recommend him they do mean what they say they recommend that you make sure and by the tire you want and they give you the warranty you want I always get warranted for the life of the tire and that's tread life of the tire I believe and this really helped me because this had nothing to do with tread life I buy new tires probably once every 4 months being a gig driver. Everybody time to give him some new try I don't know where they're getting all these neutrals and all these bad Stars if you can't talk to a human being and tell them exactly what's wrong and tell them what you're going to do if they don't fix it and then they don't fix it I can understand that but if they fix it you must tell that also people like to hear when they can be helped hibdon help me thank you James thank you Sheena thank you everybody at hibdon's on tinker diagonal in Oklahoma City Oklahoma.

I would like to say hibdon tires has done everything possible they can do to make me safe and get me on the road again I was so surprised. They were very confused as there were so many obstacles going because these were subservient tires they sold me and they weren't aware of it either the second issue was the lug nuts Ford had actually called a recall on these lug nuts but somehow got thrown out in court of course and they're just basically making them where you have to replace them that's what Ford is doing hibdon's taking up their slack with no problem....

Their warranties I'm amazed I had four tires that I had replaced and it was not any others that I had seen any type of infraction on but there were two that had roadside problems instead of just those two they replaced all four. One of the problems were I could not get my road assistance to bring it in because they were not wanting any liability as these tires might blow at any minute so they had to haul it in for me they did so and they did not charge me a penny. they know I'm elderly they know I do ride share and I take care of people that are sick people that have dialysis and have cancer so we can't be on the road with road hazard tires they immediately seen the situation replaced all four noticing that they were road hazard and replaced all four of my lug nuts they thought that they were just strip lug nuts they did not know I had a key I have a key and they said oh no we couldn't find it but we will get you some new lug nuts which only took two days and today I got my new lug nuts and my new key so they have done everything they could to go out of their way to make it safe for me and my clientele to be on the streets again. To me this is some of the best customer service you can speak to James in the tinker diagonal area he is like an assistant manager but that is the most accommodating intelligent gentleman I have seen and I am very happy to have done business with them and so will you I don't give people good reviews if they do not deserve them they have made everything they could do to make me happy there's nothing else they could have done.

and there's nothing else that they should not have done because they should have made sure just like they did that I was rode hazard safe and they did that for me now I don't know how I got that way in the first place but hibdon made sure I'm telling you again that I was road safety safe thank you hibdon thank you James thank you Sheena and thank you all area manager everybody that was in this thank you so much.

This is one awesome team you get them working together there is nothing they can't do. All those reviews I looked at I can tell these are people that don't get their communication across because all you got to do is let these folks see what's going on and if it's a fact they're going to take care of it and they did thank you thank you thank you thank you I can go back to work again thank you......

I had tires put on in December so I could take a 1500 mile trip. Took my trip and had a brand new tire with a faulty valve. I went to change my tire and the service tech has tightened my lugs so tight that 3 of my 5 tire stems broke off so I was stuck 1500 miles away in 20 below weather with two impatient German shepherds in my car. Get back and an reimbursed bc I am told that this has been happening and the service tech has been dealt with, fast forward to two weeks ago when my car goes in for service recalls and I get called because it needs a couple of maintenance changes as well. $1100 later and 2 weeks later I get my car back thanks to hibdons bc yet again the stems broke off again and they had to replace all 5 and the wheel bearing. I will not use hibdons again. I am out money and do not trust them.

Great people, Great Service!

Chuck Matthews is a saint. My family and I were traveling from Tahoe back to Pasadena and got a flat by Topaz Lake. The closest tire store was back in Gardnerville and we hobbled back by filling up time and time again with air. Chuck took a look at the new tire (less than 6 months old) and noticed that it is generally not repairable. A trip to the Pep Boys in Reno was the offered solution since it would be covered under road hazards. With twin 3-year-olds and a dog in the back, I explained that we were going south and couldn't afford to make the trip north. Chuck went to work and instructed his team to try their best to help us out. After a short time, we were given the great news (and a huge staple) that the tire had been fixed. Chuck did it! We were in a desperate situation and Chuck's dedication to the customer experience not only fixed our tire but fixed our summer vacation. We appreciate him and his team and look forward to stopping by to say hello the next time we are in the area.

Warranty Violated; Unsafe Tire "Repair"

It's clear there's a systemic problem with this chain across the country, but the manager is all in the comments doing a copy/paste trying to make it look like they care. Obviously there's a $ incentive to rip customers off. It's a feature, not a bug. I'm sure the mechanics are pocketing all that warranty $ & anything else they cut corners on, or worse, corporate has instructed them to rip people off so THEY can collect the profits. In my case a warranty was violated: they told me the tire was unpatchable due to *** in the side, then when I said "OK I'd like to use my (expensive-azz) warranty to cover a new tire, they magically found a way to patch it. Probably not safe to drive. If I have a blowout on the highway & die they can expect a multimillion $ lawsuit because I have the voice mail of them saying it was not fixable. AND they charged me $40 for labor. .The regional manager has promised to call in 3 days to address it but I'm not hopeful after reading these reviews & have to drive on these tires in the meantime.

Unhappy vehicle is screwed up now

Took my trailblazer in to have oil changed yesterday. My son got in it to come home from work and my rods are knocking now. I called Hibdon to see what could be done. Cody said he could have my vehicle towed to Hibdon to see what is wrong. However, if they find no fault of theirs, I would be responsible for the tow. I'm sure, if I fell for it, they would find no fault of theirs, just so they wouldn't have to fix my engine. Do not go to Hibdon's for anything. I should have went to Discount Tire.

Preferred solution: fix my vehicle, but not having it towed in just so I can pay the tow charge. Hibdon, should be responsible no matter the cause of the rod knocking. My vehicle was working great before my oil change.

Hello thanks for the reply well where do I start we were in a wreck in okc involving several vehicles they said it was gonna be totaled said our frame was bent but we just got damaged f e on right side nobody could believe they totaled it yes it was f 350 diesel 4x4 well its my fiance truck I told him take to hibdon see if they thought frame was bent before we settled with insurance they said no it wasn't but gave us a list of things it needed we told them it drove but once in a while the truck wouldshake almost causing us to wreck we new we needed tires but was trying to fix the problems underneath that cost about 3,700 so we kept the truck let them fix it then they called said hub lock I believe got broke taking it off charge us 275.00 for that too we thought the problem was fixed but later the next day truck done same thing shaking out of control almost causing us to wreck I called hibdons in lawton on cache road I just had major surgery on my neck about 7 inchiches long I was talking to Julien he said bring it in vern deges did they said he would have to wait for a while so vern being frustrated came home I called up there talked to someone name Jeremy said he was the manager he said with a smart mouth well yell need new tires I said we took it thereto fix the shaking yall name u joints,tie rods ,bearrings then charge us for part someone broke taking off if he would have said oh your tire making all the shaking we could have got tires instead of paying for parts that wasn't the problem anyway he said bring it down here we will rotate tires put front other back vern took it back nope they didn't do that either they just balanced the one tire so we had to pull over side of the road I. I believe that my natural change ought to be on the house. I bought all twice for oil change and they won't use my oil. I talked to the hidden corporate office and they said that the stores were franchised and they could not make them do. Anything? It's a good thing to guide there with eating his lunch and would not answer. The phone looks bad on hibdon I've been accustomed to since it's sixties. I don't plan on changing stores but I wish you could get somebody to change their attitude.

Preferred solution: If the honor of this hidden franchise would get ahold of me at 4059233443 and talk to me about the. Knucklehead he has run in his store he might not want him running it much longer.

User's recommendation: Don't believe anything they tell you go in and talk to the guy behind the desk face-to-face and he might tell you the truth.
